Six beautiful young women with angelic voices playing Disney princesses. So far, so traditional. But these princesses are not doing things by the book – they are rebelling against the usual ending of ‘they got married and lived happily ever after’.
The singing is top class but be prepared for some strong language in the lyrics. It’s perhaps surprising that this is the show’s UK premiere as it’s been around since 2009.
It almost seems unfair to single out one of the cast, but Lois Glenister as Snow White is sassy and gives a standout performance – although all of the cast have their chance to shine with their own signature song. If you loved ‘SIX’ you will love this too.
